Our Pricing Policy

The Farmhouse is available throughout the year and our prices vary with the seasons. We price your stay from a minimum of 4 guests per night (6 in high season) so it is perfect for smaller groups of guests to enjoy all year round.

For over 4 guests (6 in high season) there is an additional fee per person per night for up to and including 10 guests. We charge a reduced rate per night for guests over 9 guests. We do not charge for children who are in cots or under 2 years old.

Maximum occupancy is 10-14 guests (using the sofa bed and inflatable single mattresses) but this will depend on the mix of adults and children.

For over 9 guests please ask us for a quote, as the additional guest fee will depend on how many there are of you and sleeping arrangements.

This makes The Farmhouse a great place for large family holidays and celebrations. The minimum period of stay is two nights except at Bank Holiday times when it is 3 nights, so weekends or parts of a week can be taken. Weekends during July and August are only available if there are letting gaps. Please ask as there can be gaps, especially in early July.

We prefer weekly bookings Wednesday to Wednesday, but we are completely flexible on this depending on other bookings and your holiday requirements. Please time your travel arrangements so you arrive after 4 pm and leave by 10 am on your day of departure to allow for cleaning between lets (this can be varied by prior arrangement if there is no-one staying before or after you at The Farmhouse, e.g. staying late as you like on a Sunday).

We welcome well behaved dogs on the ground floor only and the ground floor and facilities are wheel chair accessible.

Unlike many holiday rental properties there are no extra charges for electricity, heating, linen and bath towels (please bring your own swimming towels).

Our prices are all inclusive. We do however charge £80 for after-visit cleaning and laundry.

Booking

We accept payments in euros as well as sterling to our French bank account.

Price Details: All house linen including bath towels are included. Please bring your own swimming towels. There are no extras for utilities and there is free Wi-Fi. There is a post stay cleaning and laundry fee of £80. Dogs are welcome, there is an additional cleaning charge of £30.

Payment There is a deposit of 30% of your holiday cost (if booking well ahead then the deposit is collected gradually) and the balance 3 months before departure. Please make sure that you have adequate holiday insurance as cancellations within 3 months of your holiday start date are non-refundable.

Damage deposit is £200 per booking and will be refunded within 10 days following departure provided there is no damage.

For lets of 9 nights or more there is a charge of £25 to cover a mid-stay clean & linen change. 

The minimum stay is normally 2 nights, and 6 nights in our high season in July and August, but if there are gaps smaller than this in high season please ask for a quote.
