If staying over 7 days there is cleaning and a change of linen included in the price. Additional cleaning can be arranged at extra cost. Our local English speaking agent, Carine, lives in the town and provides a “meet and greet” service at the house when you arrive and will meet up with you at the end of your stay. She will also deal with any queries during your stay in Puerto de Mogan. She can arrange a taxi to meet you at the airport and a welcome pack of food and essentials to be waiting you in the house or apartment if you are arriving very late. Although the minimum period of stay is usually one week, please ask if you want to stay for a shorter or longer period. There are plenty of flight combinations which allow for different lengths of stay. We will always be as flexible as possible to meet your requirements. The house and apartments are available all year round. To allow for cleaning between changeovers please do not arrive before 3.30pm on the day of arrival and on day of departure leave the properties by 10.30 am. If there is no one staying immediately before or after you, then by prior arrangement, you will be able to arrive earlier or leave later to suit your flight times. |

The Captain's Apartment and Studio 2 - 6 personsThe Captain's Apartment accommodation is with twin beds in the apartment that can be pushed together. The Captain's Apartment is always allocated first. The Captain's Studio takes 2 persons in a double bed and has 2 single bunk beds which can also be used for older children sharing. The studio is used when there is more than 2 persons in the party. Please enquire about rates for 3, 5 or 6 persons, which will mean 3 or 4 persons sharing the studio using double bed and bunk beds.

Although the minimum period of stay is usually one week, please ask if you want to stay for a shorter or longer period. We will discuss discounts for
stays in excess of 1 week. Weekly rates quoted start from an average of £24 p.p. per night per person depending upon the number of persons sharing and season, and before special offers.

Taxi from the airportOur local agent, Carine, can organise your taxi pick up at the airport in advance using one of her three drivers who will also contact her when near the village so that she can meet you. The cost is around 50 euros per car (which is cheaper than taking a taxi from the rank at the airport or in Puerto de Mogan) and which you pay to the driver. A car will take up to 4 people and a reasonable amount of luggage. Please tick the box on the booking form if you wish to take this service. Carine can organise a welcome basket to be left for you if arriving late in the evening. This costs 30 Euros and is payable to Carine on arrival. The Welcome basket has in it: Please tick the box on the booking form if you wish to take this service. CleaningThe house and apartment/studio are cleaned each week of your stay. An additional clean can be arranged for 20 euros or a daily clean for 75 euros per week. These amounts are payable locally. Please indicate on the booking form if you require either of these. Air conditioning / heating in The Captain's HouseThese are rarely needed but if you do need them then please ask our local agent Carine. There is an additional charge of 5 euros per 24 hours or part of until the controller is returned. This is payable to Carine when you leave or return them to her. Booking conditions & PaymentWe will send you an invoice to confirm your booking. We ask for one third of the holiday cost to be paid as a deposit on booking. The balance is to be paid 3 months prior to arrival or the full amount if booking within that date. A reminder invoice will be sent. We will send you the booking terms and conditions with the first invoice. The contract for your holiday is made when you have paid the deposit. It is your responsibility to book your flights to coincide with your arrival and departure dates. All bookings are made on the condition the full amount of the cost of your holiday is due 3 months before the first date of occupation of the properties and is not refundable in the event of cancellation for any reason. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover you for this and other accidents or loss. Directions and house details will be sent a minimum of 2 weeks prior to departure.
Damage DepositsWe ask for a damage deposit. It is a condition of booking that any damage be reported to our local agent; Carine, immediately and that you pay the cost locally of repairing any damage or replacing any broken items. Damage deposits are taken on a separate cheque which is not cashed unless there is damage which has not been put right by the end of the holiday. We reserve the right to charge you for any cost of damage in excess of the deposit. If there is none the cheques will either be torn up or returned to you as you prefer.
